We are all unique and within the one on one session you are the ‘architect’ of the session thus a session might look different for each individual and can even differ from one session to another depending on your needs.

Most of the time we are so focused on ‘doing’ that we don’t allow ourselves the time to experience our breath and movement.

In our session I aim to facilitate you to become mindful and experience the power of working with the body rather than enforcing external ideals - this can either be through customizing your movement practice or looking at techniques and tips to implement into your daily activities to assist you in raising your vibration.
